| ITP to relocate its UK HQ to Dubai's International Media Production Zone |
| The International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), the world's first dedicated free zone for graphic arts, publishing and packaging, will host the headquarters for ITP, the technology, business, consumer and communications publisher in the Middle-East. |

The publishing firm has signed a 50-year leasehold contract with IMPZ to relocate its UK head-office to the Dubai. The building will have a 44,200 sq ft net area, 40 per cent more than ITP's existing offices at Garhoud and Dubai Media City. The five-storey structure will have state-of-the-art facilities in addition to a two-level basement parking area.
Amina Al Rustamani, Executive Director of Media, TECOM Investments, said: 'ITP's move to IMPZ underlines its potential to attract leading media houses. The presence of one of the top publishing houses in the Middle East underscores IMPZ's capabilities, including its world class infrastructure and various investment options.
'IMPZ offers valuable advantages such as the strategic location, proximity to multiple markets, free zone benefits. Being part of the graphic art and packaging cluster will help ITP and other companies from across the global industry value chain.'
ITP has more than 60 publications, including the widely circulated weekly magazine 'Arabian Business'.

IMPZ is currently developing an eight-storey Publishing Pavilion Tower on two plots covering an 86,000 sq ft area. With the IMPZ's infrastructure works completed, work is now under way on an access road to the Emirates Road. |
